Weight loss and stress study
At last weeks weigh in I had gone down 9lbs in three weeks. Today I am getting weighed and all my measurements taken, as I am half way through the study. Ive found it interesting too actually think about what I am eating, instead of inhaling carbs and fat all day long. I”m the only member of staff who is supposed to speak tomorrow during a student’s memorial service. I can’t even practice infront of Marcus as I get to upset. I don’t think I will say anything.
